First of all, a few questions will be asked through the form so that I can understand your needs and objectives. You can send me a site map and some references you like. I will send you a tailor-made proposal including an action plan, a timeline and a budget.
At the start of the project, we will establish a roadmap: define the pain points of your current site / the needs of your new site, sort the inspirations that you like / don’t like, sort the illustrations and iconography that you want to modify / add / remove. Then I'll organize this action plan in the form of tasks that you can track on Notion and Slack.
Once the roadmap is finalized, the webdesign can begin. I am using Figma, a tool in which you can directly visualize the design. A first version will be presented to you in desktop and mobile formats; we can make up to 3 revision rounds if necessary.
Once the design is validated, I will develop the site on Webflow; you will be able to follow the progress with a preview link that I will send you.
Before launching the site, I will carry out the last checks (responsive, SEO, page speed). Depending on your needs, I will transfer you the project so that you can host it on Webflow or I will help you migrate the site directly to your hosting. After the launch, I remain available for 30 days to rectify any concerns or bugs that we may have missed (just in case 😉 ).

2. With the informations provided, I will send you a document detailing the accompaniment that I propose to you.
3. Once the document has been validated, I will send you a quote that you can read and sign (via an electronic signature).
4. Once the quotation is signed, I will send you access to the different collaboration tools (Webflow, Slack, Notion) and the project can start.
It depends on the complexity of the project ; if you already have an existing design or if I have to create it from scratch, if you have an existing graphic charter or not, etc. For a landing page, a few days, for a larger site, a few weeks.
Since I am not an illustrator, I create icons and simple illustrations. For complex illustrations, I work with external collaborators who can invoice you for their work. You can use your own illustrators if you wish.
To sign-up in Webflow, you need an "Account Plan". Usually, a "Free" account is enough, it will allow you to create 2 projects, even if you only need one.
If you don't want to host your site on Webflow, you will need a "Lite" account of 16$/month.
To host your site on Webflow, you will need to subscribe, in addition to an "Account Plan", to a "Site Plan", i.e. hosting. Depending on your needs, this can range from 12$ to 16$/month, in addition to an "Account Plan" (from 0$ to 16$/month).
